Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard delivery on all orders within Ireland—no minimum spend required. Great style, delivered straight to your door on us.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Ireland. Our focus is on offering the best local shopping experience. If we expand to more regions, we’ll be sure to share the news.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To begin a return, simply email us at support@ashandmae.com.
How long do refunds take?
After your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Please note that your bank may require a few extra days to display the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Of course! If you’d like a different size or another style, just mention it in your return request email and we’ll help arrange it.
